Terms of Service

Welcome to INFLUX. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the INFLUX website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Platform"), which connect brands with content creators and influencers. By creating an account or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Platform you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Platform. If you use the Platform on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. Accounts and Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it up to date. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Use of the Platform

Brands may search creator profiles, build shortlists, and send contact and collaboration requests. Creators may publish profiles, connect their social platforms, and respond to brand requests. You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

5. Content and Conduct

You retain ownership of the content you submit, but grant INFLUX a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host and display that content for the purpose of operating the Platform. You are solely responsible for your content and must not post anything unlawful, infringing, misleading, or that violates the rights of others.

6. Collaborations and Payments

Agreements formed between brands and creators are between those parties. Where the Platform provides escrow or payment facilitation, funds are handled according to the applicable collaboration agreement. INFLUX is not a party to collaboration agreements and is not responsible for the performance of either party.

7. Fees

Browsing and contacting creators is free for brands. Certain features, subscriptions, or services may carry fees, which will be disclosed to you before you incur them. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated otherwise.

8. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, text, graphics, and logos, is owned by INFLUX or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works from the Platform without our prior written permission.

9. Third-Party Services

The Platform may integrate with third-party services (such as social media networks and payment providers). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies, and INFLUX is not responsible for them.

10. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. INFLUX does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, INFLUX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause or notice, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using the Platform and close your account at any time.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which INFLUX operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
